"Blake is an incredible trainer. Over the course of my life, I’ve worked out with many different trainers. Blake is simply the best! Blake has an understanding of the body that many of the “big box” trainers don’t have. He is knowledgeable about muscle groups and how to strengthen them all while explaining in common terms how things intertwine for the best results. Blake is able to modify exercises when necessary, like when I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. He can work with people of all abilities and help them feel successful!
